Licence of bioYALP

bioYALP (that is to say bioYALP.pl and all the Perl scripts included in the archive) is published under the GNU General Public Licence. Basically, if you use parts of its code, you have to publish your software under the same GPL licence, and with its whole source code. For more information, please read the licence attached to this archive.

Contribute

The source code of the scripts is public, to see it just open these with a text editor.

If you want to contribute to bioYALP, you are warmly welcome ! You can send your code by mail; if you can send patches, that's even far better :-)
To create a patch, type diff -up old_file.pl corrected_file.pl > mypatch.patch.
Of course, I will add your name (or nickname) in the scripts where you helped, and in this page.

I tried to comment the code everytime I could, but if you see some parts which need to be improved, email me please.
